Rochelle has been practicing yoga since 2002.  She was told by one of her doctors, while she was battling medical issues for over a year, to do yoga to heal her body…it worked.  Yoga is simple, complex, deep, easy, and healing.  She enjoys convincing, the people that attend her classes, that just moving your body is yoga.  She will break down a pose and teach it to new comers as well as challenging advanced yoga lovers.
