Arriving at Studio

North Branch- door by garage opens by 6:15pm (when outdoor light goes on)

*All in studio classes in North Branch must be pre-signed up for due to space at the North Branch studio.

Forest Lake- park in back parking lot and use that door, we’re downstairs first door on your left.

 

First time to class? 

How to prepare for class:

*Wear non-restrictive clothing and plan to be barefoot. *Try to refrain from eating at least two hours before the start of your class because practice is best on an empty stomach. If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly. *Please do not wear heavy perfume, scented oils or colognes. *Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class, so you have time to get situated and don’t feel rushed.  *Please inform your teacher if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant. * You can bring your own yoga mat, or we have mats to use as well. ~ One of the greatest things about yoga is we practice “no judgment”, so if you are someone that is feeling uncomfortable about your first class, please let that go, you are welcomed with open arms and no judgment allowed from yourself or others. 

The hardest part is showing up, once you do that, everything else is easy 🙂
