How to prepare for class:

*Wear non-restrictive clothing and plan to be barefoot. *Try to refrain from eating at least two hours before the start of your class because practice is best on an empty stomach. If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly. *Please do not wear heavy perfume, scented oils or colognes. *Arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class in order to sign in and prepare for the session, if this is your first class with me, there will be a release form to fill out and sign. *Please inform me if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant. * You can bring your own yoga mat, or I have mats to use as well. ~ One of the greatest things about yoga is we practice “no judgement”, so if you are someone that is feeling uncomfortable about your first class, please let that go, you are welcomed with open arms and no judgment allowed from yourself or others.
*The only requirement to attend my classes, is that you can get down on the floor and get up off the floor on your own, and it does not have to be pretty 🙂
